This role is responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, assisting with bakery purchases, and helping maintain beautiful, well-stocked displays. Requirements • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service. • Assist customers with selecting bakery items and answering basic product questions. • Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display. • Maintain clean, organized, and attractive bakery cases and work areas. • Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality. • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards. • Support the bakery team with daily tasks as needed. Minimum Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. • Strong customer service mindset and passion for helping others. • Comfortable interacting with customers and communicating clearly. • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Physical Demands: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts. • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally. • Ability to work in varying temperatures. • Ability to work with food products, ingredients, and cleaning agents. • Comfortable performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
