• Baking pastries/Scratch bread
• Ensuring Bakery department is appropriately presented at all times
• Help in deli dept in the busy periods of the day
• Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
• Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the deli/bakery
• Providing the best customer service at all times
• Food preparation & waste management
• Assist customers with queries regarding bakery/deli products
• Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
