This role focuses on training and preparing candidates to take on managerial responsibilities, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the store. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the various departments. Support the training and development of team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. Participate in merchandising and promotional activities. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in retail or grocery management is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
