We have an exciting opportunity for a Bakery Kitchen Manager to join the team at Ludlow Farmshop!
Between our bakery and kitchen, we produce and bake a wide variety of sweet and savoury products, including but not limited to cakes, biscuits, sandwiches, pies, deli products and salads.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, hardworking and organised leader to inspire our team, continuing to produce award-winning, best-selling products.
In your role, you will oversee all department operations including ordering, production and staff rotas.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality control through staff training, consistency and recipe review.
You will produce in line with a fortnightly production schedule, amending figures, if necessary, to achieve correct stock levels ensuring minimal waste and maximum sales.
Shift times may fall anywhere between 5am – 3pm, 5 days per week. As we are a 7-day operation, weekend working is included on a rota basis, to suit business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
