The Bakery Manager/Lead Operator exemplifies NbC core values and brings joy to the bakery and the community while building the team’s commitment to our guests and the NbC brand. Nothing Bundt Cakes – Exton is a locally owned small business. Duties: Team Leadership Manages team of 25 employees, including assistant manager and key holders Prioritizes the guest experience and fosters a positive work environment Recruits, selects and trains team members Business Operations Facilitates opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits Manages order fulfillment via web, app and email for individual guests and corporate accounts, including deliveries Creates and communicates weekly sales goals, cake production plan, and team schedule Ensures NbC product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and that all bakery operations adhere to food and health safety standards, labor laws and NbC policies and procedures Local Marketing Leads proactive community outreach to increase brand visibility in the market and responds appropriately to external requests for NbC contributions/donations Coordinates special event participation with local businesses, schools, and other community organizers Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus Leadership experience managing teams, business operations and the guest experience in the retail, hospitality or food service industries Foodservice safety training certificate (or required to obtain within 45 days of employment) Work Availability: Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on changing business demands. Our busiest time is before major holidays. Salary: $50,000 - $56,000
