This job is responsible for organising the production for the day, keeping other staff members on schedule and ensuring a positive work environment for all.

Requirements:

• Passion for baking as well as previous experience
• Willing to train and learn in a scratch bakery
• Bright and cheerful attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Team player
• Previous supervisor or managing experience
