ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for reliable and motivated Baker Operatives to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assist in preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bakery products to the highest quality standards.
Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced food production environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Report any issues or non-conformances to the supervisor.
• Ensure only in-date, approved ingredients are used.
• Adhere to HACCP and food safety procedures (e.g. temperature checks, metal detection).
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow company hygiene policies.
• Clean work areas during and after shifts (clean-as-you-go policy).
• Pack and dispatch products as instructed.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, with training provided.
