Potts Bakers is a local family run business, with over 130 years of tradition in baking bread and various confectionery goods. We are currently seeking a Hard working, dedicated candidate to join our team filling the position of slice Operative.
Duties will include;
- producing our gingerbread mix ready for rolling and cutting
- producing pastry bases for our cream products
- rolling and cutting slice bases ready for confect finishing staff
Shifts are;
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 04.30am - Finish
No set finishing time, Shifts are roughly 8 to 10 hours long depending on production.
Applicants must be hygiene conscious, reliable, hardworking, dedicated.
Temporary may lead to permanent. Date Friday 9th January 2026.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
