JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join Clients our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a passion for food production, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  Start Time is either 6.30am -3.30pm(ish) or 8am -5pm (the client will confirm which you are assigned to on the first day - could be either)
  You will be working 5 days over 7 (never a Saturday)
