Bakery position
Expanding our team and looking for someone who works well independently as well as with others.
We are a family run bakery that has been in business for almost 30 years in toronto.
No experience necessary, but an asset.
please indicate if any background in decorating with royal icing experience or artistic background Is an asset.
Position is for weighing ingredients, blending, cutting cookies, some decorating, as well as packaging, cleaning, and helping wherever needed.
Applicants need to be
-Comfortable with heat
-keeping workspace clean
-good organizational skills
-able to do constant standing, bending, lifting
-as well as going up and down stairs.
-flexing and rotation of wrists and spine
-attention to detail, retaining information
-receiving detailed info verbally and not afraid to clarify or double check.
Position will be starting monday-Thursday, and Friday mornings. Some saturdays and full day Friday during holiday season (November and December)
We are open to part time within those days as well
In slower seasons Fridays off
