We are looking for motivated production workers with a background in the bakery sector who are eager to be trained internally for a future role as a baker in our artisanal production facility in Bergambacht.
As a Bakery Production Assistant, you play a vital role in our production process. You’re familiar with the pace and environment of industrial bakeries and are ready for the next step. You’ll begin by supporting our production team and gradually learn the baking craft from our experienced bakers. If all goes well, you could be promoted to a full baker position in as little as three months!

• Assisting in the production of authentic Dutch bakery products
• Inspecting and packaging goods to meet strict quality standards
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness on the production floor
• Identifying and solving minor issues in the process
• Collaborating with the team to keep production running smoothly
• Participating in internal training to grow into a baker role
