BAKERY PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS

We are looking for Bakery Team members who are passionate about making cakes and bakes to join our team in Oakham, Rutland.
We are one of the fastest growing bakeries and recently launched our own brand selling into coffee shops, independent Deli’s and Garden Center’s as well as launching our own branded website. We produce a range of award winning cakes, tray bakes and brownies. We offer a rare opportunity to work exclusively with first class raw materials and making products from scratch with natural ingredients and no pre-mixes.

· Likes working as part of a team against a production plan
· Preparation of brownies and bakes to company specification and standards
· Assisting in preparation of all products and raw ingredients
· Work in various bakery sections such as depositing and decoration.
· Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
· Keeping the bakery clean and tidy at all times
· Assisting the Bakery Management Team with any other reasonable duties

Salary: Competitive
