• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Front of House
• Lead and support team members to maintain high standards and productivity
• Train new staff and help foster a positive, respectful work environment
• Ensure guest service standards are upheld
• Manage cash and card handling procedures, troubleshoot POS system issues as needed
• Maintain Front of House cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Communicate and work with management/ownership team to support business goals
