We are seeking an experienced, front of house professional to join our South Melbourne Market team in a casual capacity. The successful applicant will share our passion, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering one of Melbourne’s best neighbourhood bakery experiences.

• Customer service – greet and welcome customers, share product knowledge and assist in offering recommendations
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised storefront
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
• Always uphold food safety and sanitation standards
