We are hiring for a Full-Time Bakery Supervisor with a wage range of $19.00-$24.00 at our location in Stony Plain, AB.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily bakery operations:
  • Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal breads
  • Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
  • Hand-mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc.
  • Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products
  • Assist Bakery Manager with inventory, labour scheduling, ordering, expense control, and other operational processes to company standards
  • Assist Bakery Manager with Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
  • Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and merchandising standards are adhered to by the Bakery Team
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns in the absence of the Bakery Manager
