Responsibilities include:

• Making cookie dough from scratch for our Ice-Cream Sandwiches.
• Preparing a variety of items, including marshmallow, salted caramel and ganache, all as part of our Ice-Cream Sandwich process.
• Assembling our Ice-Cream Sandwiches and wrapping them by hand.
• Baking brownies from scratch.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times.
• An understanding of food safety processes.
• Maintaining a high standard of production.

Skills:

• Basic baking experience required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Keeping a positive attitude.
• The ability to follow recipes to specification.
• The ability to adapt to varying levels of demand.
• The ability to work well as a part of a team but also as an individual as this role requires the two.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
