ABOUT US:

Seesaw Communities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities through vocational training, independent living skills, and community engagement. Our baking program provides practical skills and confidence-building opportunities, preparing participants for greater independence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Baking Instructor to lead weekly baking classes for a small group of 5–6 enthusiastic adult learners with developmental disabilities. Our students have already completed a 6-month basic baking course and are eager to continue advancing their skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience
  • Teaching or training experience preferred
  • Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities a plus
  • English required (Korean language helpful but not required)
    Pay: $50 per hour
    Location: Fullerton, CA
    Time: Every Sunday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
    Requirements: English Speaker (Korean helpful)
