POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Bilingual Baking / Batching Lead to oversee our batching team in a warm manufacturing and baking environment. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, good communication, and a commitment to food safety. The right person will have the ability to grow into future roles and earn additional benefits as we continue to expand.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing and baking facility.
• Basic awareness of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Able to follow instructions and train others.
• Strong teamwork skills and an easy-to-work-with attitude.
• Prior manufacturing, food production, or baking experience preferred.

• Lead and direct the batching team in daily manufacturing and baking operations.
• Ensure proper batch record keeping, logging of processes, and adherence to production schedules.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards in the batching area.
• Work directly with the leadership team on food safety and HACCP principles.
• Monitor ingredient usage and ensure accuracy in recipes.
• Support training and development of team members.
