JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baking Trainer to join our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in baking and pastry preparation, guiding students through theory and practical sessions, and ensuring they acquire the skills required for both personal and professional success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Baking Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students with patience and enthusiasm.
• Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.

• Conduct engaging baking classes (theory & practical) for students of different skill levels.
• Teach a variety of baking techniques including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and decoration.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practical demonstrations.
• Ensure students follow hygiene, food safety, and industry standards.
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in baking and pastry arts.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of baking courses.
• Maintain training kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage by students.
