JOB TITLE: PRE-PRESS MATERIAL COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Pre Press Material Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organised flow of materials between our two units.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

To: ensure the efficient and organized flow of materials and finished goods between production units by transporting, scanning, storing, and managing reels and pallets. This role supports smooth operations by maintaining a clean and orderly work environment and proactively preparing supplies for production. The position plays a key role in maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and upholding operational standards

  • Transportation of BakPac pallets between our two units
  • Organisation of floor area, always keeping it clear
  • Ensure finished reels from unit A2/A3 are scanned to the correct press
  • Breaking down finished reel pallets onto skates at the entrance to B2
  • Ensure finished reels are stored in the correct location behind designated press
  • Responsible for finished goods pallet storage
  • Stay on top of machine waste using the shredder.
  • Stay ahead of all Pouch machines with work where possible
  • Return promptly the empty cores to A2
  • Emptying all bins – cleaning testing bins every Friday
  • Transport empty skates from pre-press to the loading bay – Temp until Pre-press is set.
