We’re on the lookout for a driven, hands-on Venue Leader ready to lead with heart, bring their best every shift, and leave a stamp on a piece of Yo-Chi history. Balaclava, our very first store, is a unique venue with plenty of opportunity to run shifts independently while leading a small, passionate team. This is a Full Time Opportunity, working a flexible roster, both day and night shifts.
This is a perfect opportunity for a leader who thrives on ownership, keeps standards sky-high, and leads with confidence. You’ll oversee everything from team development and customer experience to inventory, KPIs, and venue performance, all while making your mark on the original Yo-Chi Venue!
