The role ensures that the product offering is competitive, profitable, compliant, and aligned with client needs, funding strategy, and Group-wide balance sheet objectives. In addition, a product manager drives product innovation, end-to-end process improvement, and integration with global IT capabilities to deliver seamless, scalable, and efficient solutions across all markets & booking locations. YOUR CHALLENGE The role of the Balance Sheet Product Manager includes: Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for balance sheet products globally, aligning with the bank's overall objectives Performing current-state assessments using quantitative and qualitative data to identify gaps and define new product or pricing concepts Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies and the offering as necessary Leading the design, development and roll out (incl. communication) of product & process changes and services to meet client and market demands Driving end-to-end process improvement, and integration with global IT capabilities Monitoring and steering financial performance by defining and optimizing pricing standards Acting as the single point of contact for product, pricing, process, and change requests Ensuring all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teams Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including treasury, risk, finance, and front sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful product implementation YOUR PROFILE Education and Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 3+ years of experience in project management, product development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry Profound knowledge of banking products, particularly balance sheet products Proven track record of developing and managing successful projects and/or end-to-end delivery of product and process changes within the financial sector Excellent analytical mindset to conduct assessments and derive actionable roadmaps Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness with ability to balance client needs, profitability, and funding goals Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies in regulated environments Communication and stakeholder management skills Team-oriented, able to collaborate with highly qualified, technically minded staff Business fluency in English We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
