BALCONY INSTALLER – SITE WORK (DUBLIN-BASED)

Location: Dublin (projects across the Dublin area)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €35,000–€45,000 (depending on experience)

Extreme Balconies is a leading manufacturer and installer of balcony systems, known for our precision engineering, high-quality workmanship, and reliable delivery. We are expanding our site installation team and are looking for experienced installers to work on high-profile projects across Dublin.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in site installation of steel, aluminium, or carpentry work
• Ability to read and understand fabrication/site drawings
• Valid Safe Pass is a bonus
• Additional certs (Manual Handling, MEWP, Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheel) are an advantage – training can be provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full valid driving licence an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work to deadlines

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of steel and aluminium balcony systems on construction sites. This is a hands-on role that requires strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install steel and aluminium balcony systems on site in line with project specifications
• Read and interpret site drawings
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation deadlines
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all work carried out
• Adhere to all safety protocols, particularly when working at heights
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, site teams, and other trades
• Handle and operate site tools and equipment safely
