Baler-3rd Shift- Fort Smith South New Hire- Production Associate Pay Rate: $22.54/hr Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (11pm-7am – Monday-Friday) Physical Location: Fort Smith Box 4215 Planters Road Fort Smith, AR  72908 The Job You Will Perform: The qualificatinos for the baler operator are the ability to perform duties/ responsibilties of the job. The certified ability to operator a fork lift truck. the ability to accurately use a scale in the baler room. Ability to use basic shop math and to accurately read and record figures. Abilty to work effecitvely as a member of a team. Primary Duties for Baler Operator * Fiollowing all safety rules and practices * Accurately weigh waste bales and recording bale tallies * Loading waste bales into rail cars * Feeding waste into the shredder/ hogger * Obvatining wastge loades from production areas as directed * Maintaining a clean and organized baler room * Working with returned goods * Cleaning up the baler and norifying maintenance of problems as necessary * Salvaging materials for protection sheets and other uses * Other duties as assigned by supervisor   This is a safetly sensiive position.
