EDUCATION:

Required Education: in GCSE

EXPERIENCE (EMEAA):

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Utilize technical expertise in problem solving.
Assist with the training and development of inexperienced Baler Operators to assure they are properly performing their job and meeting safety expectations.
Listen and interpret verbal and written instructions as it relates to equipment maintenance and operation.
Read, write and understand English for effective communication.
Work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime.
Previous experience using baler equipment.
You must possess a C driving licence.

The Baler is responsible for securely processing the client material brought in every day. Ensuring all returned off site client’s documentation is destroyed in agreed timescales. The Baler helps the team be a success by ensuring the trucks and equipment are in ready order for service every day. The Baler is also responsible for handheld download and upload of service orders. General maintenance and cleaning of baler, static shredder, dust extraction, inside and outside premises. A flexible approach to the role is necessary as the baler will need to cover both afternoon and morning shift where applicable.
