Café Supervisor – Full-Time (Permanent)
Location: Balgove Larder, St Andrews
Hours: Full-time, including weekend rota. Very occasional evening work.
Balgove Larder is looking for a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to help lead our café team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on quality food and local produce. What You’ll Be Doing:
· Supervising day-to-day operations in the café
· Leading by example to ensure high standards of customer service
· Assisting with staff training, rotas, and shift supervision
· Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
· Supporting ordering, stock rotation, and waste management
· Helping to maintain a clean and welcoming café environment
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Confidence in managing a team during busy service periods
· A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
· A passion for local food and high-quality service
