Description GENERAL FUNCTION: Assist branch lending staff in loan clerical duties including but not limited to past due letters, follow-up for exception lists, loan document scanning, customer communication, and other duties as assigned. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensure all officers’ past-due loans receive past-due letters when necessary. Assist with gathering documentation for loan preparation. Accurately and efficiently produce loans for the Ballard County commercial lenders utilizing loan origination software Meet with loan customers when necessary. Assist commercial lenders with phone correspondence. Scanning and indexing any needed documents. Updating Incomplete List, ordering final titles, title policies. Communicate with loan operations when needed. Represent the bank and participate in community activities and local affairs to enhance business development. Participate in seminars, conference, and training meetings on various topics to better assist bank management. Assist in ensuring security of all bank systems and network. Deliver and record documents in government offices. Carry out other such duties as may be assigned or directed. Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS: · College Degree and/or comparable experience preferred · Banking experience preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES · Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. · Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom. · Ability to operate Windows PC-based computer software. · Professional image and positive attitude. · Pro-active, solutions-oriented personality. PHYSICAL DEMANDS · Hand dexterity required to operate computer terminal and/or related equipment. · Eye Coordination required to operate computer. · Drive to and attend meetings as required. · Move around bank between levels or floors while performing duties. · Bending and stretching in work area. · Sitting at desk or computer workstation for extended periods of time.
