Bancassurance Data Analyst JOB SUMMARY : The role will establish process/es and build reports/ dashboards to enable regular monitoring of sales, programs and business performance. Deliver data-driven insights and business analyses for Bancassurance business to support key business decisions. Collaborate with the cross-functional teams including Sales, Data and Analytics, etc. within the Bank and with Insurance partners (ie AXA Philippines) in ideation, strategy, execution, tracking and continuous enhancement of strategies to drive business growth. Specific Duties and Responsibilities include: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze and interpret data trends or patterns in complex data sets Enhance data collection procedures for building analytical systems Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators and correct code problems Locate and define new process improvement opportunities QUALIFICATIONS : College graduate of any business, computer, statistical or mathematical course Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Familiarity with coding languages ie, VBA Macro, Python, SQL, etc is an advantage Excellent analytical capabilities, ability to translate and articulate technical thoughts and ideas to a diverse audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management Proven problem-solving skills, preferably in a financial industry setting Ability to lead or manage cross-functional team projects Accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach OTHER DETAILS : Rank: Officer Unit: Consumer Business Sector/ Bancassurance Department Work Location: MCC Center Ayala Avenue, Makati City
