JOB OVERVIEW

Our Public Sector client are seeking a dedicated Band 3 Finance Administrator to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and practices is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
