Description
Current Registered Nurse qualification and valid registration with the appropriate professional regulatory body.
Experience in community nursing, home care, primary care, or similar settings, ideally supporting carers or people with long-term conditions or disabilities.
Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills, with the ability to work safely and autonomously in a remote environment.
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a person-centered approach and commitment to safeguarding and equality.
Comfort using digital tools and remote consultation platforms, with good general IT literacy and ability to manage confidential information securely.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, support and advise care workers, and contribute to training and service improvement.
Flexibility to work part time hours, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize caseloads and respond to changing needs.
