As a Staff Nurse in our busy ED, you will provide high-quality care to a wide variety of patients. You’ll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, handling everything from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build confidence, and advance your nursing career in one of the NHS’s most vital departments.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, maintaining dignity and respect.
Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, following protocols and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
With a new hospital planned for Watford and work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital, this is an exciting time to join us.
