Job Title: Locum Audiologist – Adult Services Banding: Band 6 Location: Peterborough Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 Duration: 8 Weeks Job Overview We are currently seeking a Band 6 Locum Audiologist to join a busy audiology service in Peterborough. This role involves delivering high-quality adult audiology care, including assessments, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up appointments, within a supportive clinical environment. The successful candidate will have experience in adult audiology and be confident working independently across a varied caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist seeking a short-term locum position with consistent hours. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Conduct adult audiology assessments and diagnostics. • Perform hearing aid fittings, reassessments, and repairs. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. • Collaborate with ENT and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. • Deliver exceptional patient care in line with professional standards. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: • A BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification. • Registration with RCCP or HCPC. • Experience in adult audiology services. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
