The Integrated Non Custodial Service IN-CS is a brand new NHS England contract bringing together 5 agencies to deliver the following elements, Liaison & Diversion, Reconnect and Mental Health Treatment Requirements. This role will provided leadership to the Liaison & Diversion element of the service who are based in both police custody and courts across the Wiltshire area.
We are looking for a motivated and innovative team leader who has excellent communication skills and are able to form and maintain robust links with our stakeholders both within health and criminal justice.
To provided operational and clinical leadership on a day to day basis to all staff and volunteers within the team within your area of responsibility.
To implement and ensure the monitoring of effective processes for the line management of staff including: caseload management, use of overtime, bank and ensuring processes are undertaken for recruitment, induction, objective setting, appraisal, supervision, rostering, vacancy management, absence management, investigations and grievances.
