Are you seeking a new experience? It is well-documented that people with severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other psychoses, face health inequalities often have poorer physical health than the general population. We are recruiting a Registered RGN or Dual Trained RMN with extensive RGN experience for the role of Advanced Nurse Practitioner for Physical Health for our Men’s Secure Care inpatient services. Using your clinical expertise and knowledge to promote the physical health and wellbeing of our patient population. Providing leadership and education to our multi-disciplinary team. The main duties entail leading on specific projects related to physical healthcare within the service,
and to develop and maintain positive multi-disciplinary relationships and networks both within the Trust, Primary Care networks, local acute provider Trusts and national networks which influence and develop current systems of care delivery.
