QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Valid registration with NMC (1st Level Nurse) or HCPC (Paramedic).
Educated to degree level (Level 6).
Evidence of postgraduate (Level 7) study, or equivalent experience through short courses and training.
History Taking, Clinical Assessment, Minor Illness and Minor Injury Management at Level 6 or 7.
Demonstrable advanced clinical skills in urgent/emergency care.
Minimum of 2 years consolidated urgent care or equivalent clinical experience.
Ability to work under PGDs or as an independent prescriber (desirable).
Proven experience of clinical leadership and mentoring junior staff.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident working across multidisciplinary teams and care pathways.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
Full UK driving licence (for home visiting roles).
Compliance with mandatory training (BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding, etc).
