We are looking for a passionate clinician to join our service and lead our CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team as Clinical Lead.
We would want you to ensure excellent standards are upheld, and maintained within the team, and ensure the best use of available resources by delivering positive outcomes for individual service users and their families.
We are looking for an experienced Psychologist, Systemic Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist to join our team, and work alongside management to continue to support the development of the service across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
The CIOT team are a really welcoming, sociable team working from a largely DBT, Systemic and trauma informed approach who foreground anti-oppressive practice in their work with young people as well as in our team culture.

To provide a highly specialist clinical assessment/treatment and consultation service to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and their families who are referred to CAMHS intensive outreach team. This will be working with a shared caseload of young people who are at risk of admission to CAMHS inpatient unit, are unable to engage in community CAMHS interventions, are stepping down from a CAMHS Inpatient Unit or need intensive support with their mental health; for example OCD. To bring skills relating to DBT, CBT, or systemic approaches to Attachment/Trauma.
