As Grand Casino’s Band Member Recruitment and Retention Specialist, you will serve as a strategic connector, advocate, and developer of Mille Lacs Band Members by recruiting them into meaningful roles and supporting their growth and success across Grand Casinos. You will help increase Band Member employment and foster leadership development through a thoughtful, hands-on approach to retention and advancement.
