To provide full administrative support as part of the All Age Continuing Care Team. To provide comprehensive administration support and delivering excellent customer service for patients and their families or carers, local authority and NHS stakeholders. The role will encompass varied duties supporting non clinical and clinical colleagues, diary management, requesting and collating information, first point of contact for all enquiries, the preparation of agendas and taking minutes, maintaining detailed and accurate record keeping using a variety of mediums and electronic systems, which is core to the role
