BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR– BANK BASIS | SPIRE HARTSWOOD | WARLEY |
Spire Hartswood Hospital are looking for a Business Administrator to join our friendly team on an Adhoc basis to support with cover within the team.
This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors.
This position is a bank position working ad hoc scheduled shifts between Monday – Friday 7.5 hours per day. Shifts completed between 09.00 - 17.00.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Administrator , you will ensure accurate and timely processing of billing, payroll, and financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service ensuring all billing is actioned promptly and accurately, identify billing problems, placing billing alerts, suspending and clearing as required. Perform regular cashiering, banking and petty cash duties reconciliation’s, posting entries to the accounting systems.
