BANK WORK IS FLEXIBLE WORK TO SUPPORT WHEN THE NEED ARISES WITHIN THE SERVICE. WE USE BANK STAFF TO SUPPORT OUR PERMANENT STAFF MEMBERS WHEN GAPS ARE IDENTIFIED, (SICKNESS/HOLIDAYS/HEIGHTENED DEMAND) THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT.
