ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Carer, you’ll work closely with Senior Carers, Nurses and Management Team to provide exceptional support tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work full-time hours across our three sites Thomas Knight Care Home (Blyth), Waterloo House (Blyth) and Harwood Court (Cramlington) gaining variety and experience while ensuring continuity of care for our residents.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
• Supporting residents with daily living, rehabilitation, therapy, and social engagement
• Maintaining clear, accurate care documentation and contributing to care planning
• Promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
• Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
