About the Role: Right at Home Sefton is looking for compassionate, experienced female Bank Care Assistants to join our dedicated and friendly team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This is a flexible, bank position, ideal for individuals looking for a role that fits around other commitments. You must be available to commit to a minimum of one shift per week, and to work either a Saturday or Sunday every other weekend. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes Support with daily living activities such as personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship Maintain accurate records and communication with the Right at Home office Travel between clients across Sefton, including areas such as Maghull, Lydiate, Netherton, Formby, Southport, Bootle, Litherland, Seaforth, Crosby, and Waterloo Requirements: Female candidates only (due to genuine occupational requirements and client preferences) Must hold a full UK driving licence and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Previous experience in the care industry is essential A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding care Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently Willing to travel across all areas of Sefton Able to provide weekly availability and commit to at least one shift per week (7:00am till 2:00pm or 3:00pm till 11:00pm) Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday every other weekend What We Offer: Competitive pay: £12.25–£13.25 per hour Mileage expenses paid at 35p per mile Flexible, bank-based hours to suit your lifestyle Supportive and friendly team environment Mileage allowance and paid training opportunities Opportunity to make a real difference in your community How to Apply: If you are an experienced female carer looking for flexible, rewarding work in the Sefton area, we’d love to hear from you.
