As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in their own homes . Your primary focus will be to support clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating within the team.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
