OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Andover, Romsey, Stockbridge, Tidworth, Durrington, and surrounding villages
The ideal person would play a vital role within our team, delivering quality care you would expect your loved on to receive.
Experience is desired but not essential - a commitment and passion for doing the right thing for the person you support is essential, with a real passion and effective self management to make a difference to peoples lives while enjoying and loving your job

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices in senior care settings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with dementia care principles and behaviour management strategies is preferred.
  • A caring attitude and the ability to empathise with clients from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities for this role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
