Responsibilities
  • Support children in their daily routines, providing emotional and practical care.
  • Help develop and implement care plans and risk assessments, celebrating progress.
  • Foster trusting relationships with children, their families (where appropriate), and external agencies.
  • Promote education, social development, and life skills, assisting with Individual Care Plans and Education Plans.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and record-keeping in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • Ensure the home is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, encouraging young people to participate in household tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive, stable, and structured environment, helping young people reach their full potential.

    - Sleep-in duties are required as part of the shift pattern.
