Your tasks

• Telephone and written support for contact persons regarding technical and service-related matters.
• Answering inquiries regarding financial and securities products, retirement savings contracts, and custody account management
• Independent and case-conclusive processing of incoming service requests and orders from the specialist departments.
• Ensuring service-oriented and high-quality handling of all requests

• Enjoyment of telephone and written communication

• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
