ABOUT THE ROLE

Practice Plus Group is a respected leader in providing urgent care and specialist healthcare services across the UK, committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences through compassionate and high-quality care. Our centres play a crucial role in supporting the NHS by providing timely and accessible healthcare to the communities we serve. At our Dorking site, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, efficient environment where patients receive the care and attention they deserve, even during out-of-hours periods.
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Coordinator to join our dedicated team, working evening and weekend shifts anytime between 18:30 to 08:00. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of operations during these critical times, supporting both clinical staff and patients. You will be an essential link between different teams and external contacts, helping to maintain our high standards of service and patient care when demand is often unpredictable.
Joining Practice Plus Group means becoming part of a wider organisation that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We invest in our people, offering opportunities for growth and development, and fostering a supportive working environment. If you want to make a real difference in your local community while working with a trusted healthcare provider, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Coordinating and managing operational activities during evening and weekend shifts
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff, patients, and external partners during your shift
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies
  • Supporting clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver seamless patient care
  • Handling incoming communications and responding promptly to queries or escalations
  • Monitoring resources and escalating issues as necessary to maintain service standards
