Do you enjoy helping people live well at home and stay connected to their community? Nevaeh Homes is building our bank of compassionate, reliable Floating Community Support Workers to provide community outreach support across Nottingham to people of all ages. You’ll offer practical help with light household tasks, to support people to attend appointments and activities, and provide companionship that makes every day a little easier.

• Visit people in their homes and out in the community.
• Support with light household maintenance (e.g., tidying, laundry, changing bedding).
• Accompany to GP/ hospital/ benefits/ housing appointments and social activities.
• Offer friendly conversation, confidence-building, and signposting.
• Keep simple, accurate records and escalate concerns.
