THE JOB

We’re looking for a friendly, efficient Bank GP Receptionist to support our clinical teams and provide excellent patient care. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, answering queries, booking appointments, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly. You’ll follow systems and protocols to maintain confidentiality and a safe, welcoming environment.

• Answering patient queries and book appointments with the right clinicians.
• Contacting patients for health checks, vaccinations, and follow-up care.
• Ensure smooth operation of the front desk, adhering to practice protocols.
