Knowledge to process BG operations related to BG Issuance /Amendments and Invocation . Authorize Bank Guarantee Transactions Collection of Commission on Bank Guarantees . Safe Keeping of Original BG / facility documents Knowledge of mandatory regulatory guidelines related to BG. Preparation and confirmation of all BG data related to operations side for RBI and other authorities Filing of documents. Arranging & maintaining all files properly related to above transaction, Keeping & maintaining registers related to assigned work area Updation of volume tracker, fax and exception register related to above transactions Recon, Precob of BG operations Daily reporting Other work allocated by Management . Monitoring of Internal Account Customer Meeting Key Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge Skills Experience Qualifications Knowledge of Regulatory Reports . An understanding of RBI circular on Bank Guarantees . Written and oral communication skills Analytical skills Detail oriented and organized Problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word Excel PowerPoint 10+ year relevant experience in similar role A degree in the following subjects: Finance or Economics Commerce Accounting
